Please read these Terms carefully, as they set forth legally binding conditions regarding your use of the Site and our services. Your access to and use of the Site signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Siteimmediately.

Our services and materials are intended for legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or minors under 18 whose parents engage our services on their behalf.

While we strive to deliver exceptional academic support, we do not guarantee or warrant any specific outcome, grade, or test score as a result of using our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

The Site, including all proprietary materials, content, text, graphics, interfaces, and other intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. You may access and view public portions of the Site for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
You agree not to:

Score Academy Online develops and uses proprietary educational materials and resources as part of its services. All such materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without our explicit written authorization.

4. User Accounts

We may provide you with a username and password to access certain features of the Site. By using these credentials, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

GRE® is a registered trademark of the Educational Testing Service.
LSAT® is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council, Inc.

We do not grant permission to use these trademarks except as expressly authorized by their respective owners.

6. User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to us, including comments, ideas, or other materials, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for any purpose. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Content submitted becomes our non-confidential property, and we have no obligation to use or return it.

7. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our employees, directors, officers, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. In no event will our liability exceed $50 or the amount you paid for access to the Site in the preceding 12 months, whichever is less.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or enforce these Terms.

11. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify our General Counsel, Jason Robinovitz, at jason@scoreatthetop.com, with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work.
Identification of the infringing content and its location.
Your contact information.
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement affirming your authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update or discontinue the Site or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Score Academy Online concerning your use of the Site. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
